This form has been prepared pursuant to Law No. 6502 (Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun, on consumer protection) and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği) to inform you before your order is confirmed. The product, quantity, price and address details specific to your order appear in the order summary at the payment step and in the order confirmation email.

The product's type, size, paper specifications, package contents and compatible accessories are shown on the product page. Images represent the product; there may be slight color differences depending on screen settings.

3. Price and payment

• Prices include VAT; the total amount is shown at the payment step.
• Payment method: bank transfer (Havale / EFT). Your order is prepared once your payment reaches our account.
• Discount coupons and promotions are shown as separate lines in the order summary, together with their terms.

4. Delivery

• Shipping cost: free for all orders within Turkey; for delivery outside Turkey, see Article 7.
• Orders placed and paid by 3:00 PM on weekdays are handed to the carrier the same day; all others on the next business day. Delivery does not exceed the legal maximum of 30 days.
• Delivery is made by our contracted carrier to the address you provided in the order form; the tracking number is shared by email and under My account > My orders.

5. Right of withdrawal

• You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of the date you receive the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
• Send your notice to info@plancore.com.tr or via the contact form; send the product back unused and in its original packaging within 10 days of the notice.
• For deliveries within Turkey, the return shipping cost is borne by us; for orders delivered outside Turkey, it is borne by the buyer. Your payment is refunded within 14 days at the latest of the date the notice of withdrawal reaches us.

6. Complaints and applications

You can send us your requests and complaints using the contact details above. In case of disputes, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Courts (Tüketici Mahkemeleri) in cases exceeding these limits.

7. Orders delivered outside Turkey

• The shipping cost is calculated at the payment step according to the weight of the package and is shown in the order summary.
• Customs duties and import VAT may be collected from the buyer upon delivery (DAP).
• Your right of withdrawal applies in the same way; the return shipping cost is borne by the buyer.
• Turkish law applies to this form and to the Distance Sales Agreement.
