Which bracket are the refill sheets compatible with?
The Wall Calendar Refill (A3 and A4) fits the PlanCORE™ Wall Bracket perfectly, and the Desk Calendar Refill (A6) fits the PlanCORE™ Desk Stand. Refill products do not include a bracket.
Do I need to buy the bracket again every year?
No. The Wall Bracket and Desk Stand are designed to last for years; in the new year, you only need to replace the refill sheets.
Which day does the week start on?
Weeks start on Monday; only the Sunday-start English edition starts on Sunday. The calendars come in 7 language options: Turkish, English (Monday or Sunday start), German, Italian, French and Spanish. Each calendar has 12 monthly planner pages.
Setup
How do I mount the wall bracket?
On smooth surfaces, you can hang it in seconds with the double-sided tape on the back of the bracket. For concrete and wood surfaces, 2 nails are included in the pack. No drill needed.
Do I need tools to set up the desk stand?
No. The Desk Stand is a screw-free, glue-free easel design; just slot the two parts together at the support notch.
Orders and shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 3:00 PM on weekdays are handed to the carrier the same day. Orders placed later or on weekends ship on the next business day. Orders paid by bank transfer (Havale / EFT) are prepared once the payment reaches our account.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout: orders within Turkey ship free; international shipping depends on parcel weight.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, the tracking number appears under My Account > Orders. For orders placed without an account, use the Order tracking page with your order number and email address.
Payment and invoicing
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payment by bank transfer (Havale / EFT). If you'd prefer to pay by credit card, you can buy PlanCORE products via domirus.com.
Can I get a business invoice?
At checkout, just select “Business” as the invoice type and enter your company name, tax office and tax number. You can save your details under My Account > My Addresses.
Returns
How do returns and exchanges work?
You can return items within 14 days of delivery; send the unused product back in its original packaging. For international orders, return shipping is paid by the customer.
