Shipping and Returns

Delivery

1. Order confirmationYour order is confirmed by email. If you pay by bank transfer (Havale / EFT), your order starts being prepared once the payment reaches our account.
2. Preparation and shippingOrders placed by 3:00 PM on weekdays are handed to the carrier the same day; orders placed later or on weekends go out on the next business day. Products are shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes to protect them from crushing.
3. TrackingThe shipment tracking number appears in the My Account > My Orders section. You can look up orders you placed without an account on the Order tracking page.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free for all orders within Turkey. Regardless of the order amount, the cost of shipping anywhere in Turkey is borne by PlanCORE; it appears as "Free shipping" in the order summary at the payment step.

Returns within 14 days

You can return your products within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason. Return shipping is free within Turkey; for international orders it is paid by the customer.

• The product must be unused.
• The product must be sent back complete, in its original packaging.
• For returns within Turkey, the return shipping cost is borne by us.

How do I make a return?

1. Write to usSend your return request together with your order number to info@plancore.com.tr or via the contact form.
2. Send the productWe will send you the information you need for the return shipment. Pack the product in its original packaging and hand it to the carrier.
3. Your payment is refundedOnce the product reaches us and has been checked, your payment is refunded within 14 days at the latest from the date we receive your return request. Payments made by bank transfer (Havale / EFT) are refunded to the IBAN you provide.

International orders

• The shipping cost is calculated at the payment step according to the weight of the package.
• Customs duties and import VAT may be collected from the buyer upon delivery (DAP).
• Your 14-day right of withdrawal applies in the same way; for returns made from abroad, the return shipping cost is borne by the buyer.
