Data controller

Your personal data is processed by PlanCORE, whose details are given below, in its capacity as data controller under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK, Turkish Personal Data Protection Law).

Personal data processed

• Identity: first name, last name; Turkish ID number for individual invoices.
• Contact: email address, phone number, shipping and billing address.
• Invoice: for business invoices, the company name, tax office and tax number.
• Customer transactions: order, payment and return records, contact form messages.
• Transaction security: IP address, session and cart information.

Purposes of processing

Your data is processed to receive your order, verify your payment, deliver the product, issue invoices, respond to your return and support requests, fulfill our legal obligations and keep the site secure. If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is used only to send the newsletter.

Legal grounds

Your data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation of the data controller, and legitimate interest, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject. Your explicit consent is obtained for the newsletter.

Transfers

Your data is shared only to the extent necessary for these purposes: with carriers for delivery, with banks for payments and refunds, with accounting and e-invoice service providers for invoicing, with the site's hosting provider and, upon request, with authorized public authorities. The servers of the site's hosting provider may be located abroad; in that case the transfer is carried out in accordance with the conditions of Article 9 of the KVKK.

Retention period

Your data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the periods stipulated in the relevant legislation; for example, invoice and accounting records are kept for 10 years under the Tax Procedure Law (Vergi Usul Kanunu) and the Turkish Commercial Code (Türk Ticaret Kanunu). At the end of this period, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

Cookies

Our site uses essential cookies to remember your cart and session. Analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) and marketing (Google Ads, Meta Pixel) cookies run only with your explicit consent; data collected through these cookies is transferred to service providers abroad (Google, Microsoft, Meta) in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and deletion where the conditions are met; to request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom it was transferred; to object to an outcome against you resulting from analysis by automated systems; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
